How long does it take to get a toned lifted bum with squats

I know squats w/o weights is useless too so also how many lbs do i need to use?

Nobody can give you an exact figure. I could say 100kg which might be too heavy for you to even accomplish a single rep, whereas for an experienced lifter this might be a warm-up weight. Have a read of the Fitness FAQ in the fitness forum and follow the advice there for programs, loading and other important stuff.
I notice quite a lot of threads from OP regarding fitness; quite simply, you need a strong mind to achieve your aims, and you can never think about stopping your routine once you've achieved your goals; you might want to change it slightly in order to maintain what you've achieved. Basically, the only thing that will stop you is injury, and you would never intentionally injure yourself, right?

Do this workout routine

Progressively increase your squat. Find out how much you can do 3x5 with strict form, do two warm up sets before, then do your work sets and increase when you can. Stop obsessing about the time and enjoy the ride.

Idk about the weight or whatever for squats but try lunges.
