If you get to 45 mins of constant work, try to have a break/ finish whatever you're doing quickly. If it gets to an hour, just stop what you're doing, relax for a bit (15 mins max or 30 mins if you really feel like taking more time out) then get back to your work with a fresh mind

Aww well constant work will just get you stressed do revision as you had planned, just make sure you sick to a rough plan (even if it's one in your head) so you stay on track
