Don't worry about what people think of you, take risks and don't be intimidated by anybody.

Heh
I still have 1800 words to write for my essay save me!
To me confidence has been an issue, both in class and out of class, but you grow with confidence, like certain activities and mind sets, I just think 'F*** it, they'll think what they want but it's only for a few minutes' when carrying out a presentation...fake it till you make it really.

I wish I had Conor McGregor-tier confidence.

lol He says some really harsh stuff
remember that ppl don't really give a **** about you.. we're all too focused on ourselves
a 100 years from now, give or take, none of the stuff ur doing now will matter
also, u should realise that u are absolutely free to do whatever the **** u want
watch clips of confident ppl on youtube before important events ... mimesis ftw
do ur best to improve urself
...there's absolutely no reason not to be confident

So how long would it take to become confident if i do things that make me really nervous everytime i go out? Or just practice being a confident person in general daily?

I think you have high self esteem but your actual confidence isn't as great.

Is that a threat?
I think it's a personality trait

How did you come to such a conclusion sir?
Keep any inhibitions in context and in perspective. Keep asking yourself what's the worst that could happen. If the worst that could happen is that people would laugh at you, it's probably worth doing / isnt a big problem. If they laugh at you, so what? Move on. Also learn to laugh at yourself as well. None of us are perfect, learn to accept and laugh at our imperfections, since if we don't someone else will.
