Typical GCSE results for dentistry

Does anyone know what's the sort of average GCSE result people have when applying for dentistry? all help much appreciated :biggrin:
Most people will have straight A/A* since that is what most Uni's want.

Yep definitely apply to Liverpool! A* and A are worth the same points on the scoring scale :/

how do you know this and also how can i find out how other unis score gcse results? ive check entry requriments of universities but they don't go into a great deal of detail
I got 1A*, 7As and 2Bs (B in Chinese which I'm trying to appeal because the school said it should be an A - mistake by exam board. B in Drama - GB too high). I am going to be applying.
@lily.b9 - Similar results :smile: ^

Not every dental school makes these requirements be public but...

Liverpool state on their website they want at 15 points - 6 As and 3 Bs.

As and A*s count as 2 points and a B counts as 1 point.
