Best way to learn irregular verbs

Anyone got any tips for learning irregular verbs. It take me ages to try and memorise them and I find it kind of tedious.

Which language? I can't vouch for others, but in German you can try and learn irregular verbs in 'sets'.

This is what I mean:

So e.g. if you knew that ießen was irregular, you'd know that any time you see a verb ending with that it's going to go -oss -ossen yeah.
