Obviously he fits the looks criteria and is in the required physical shape or better.
He has a job he is happy in/ career and that provides a sufficient income you find respectable.

Not a criminal, drug addict, alcoholic, fambling addict, violent, sexist, racist, misogynist.

Anyway all thats a bit vomworthy (apologies)- the ones I find interesting and underrated are nurturing, compassion, selflessness and emtional intelligence.
Bad to rely on lists or ideas of the one, but things like loyalty and.honesty should be non negotiable.
