What does it mean when a guy is like omg when he sees you after a long time?

We haven't seen each other for 5 months and then out of the blue I see him in college. I walk towards him, he looks at me then turns his head away, and then I lip read him saying omg as he looks up. Was he nervous or something? My heart dropped because i was actually thinking about him that day.*

Bcause I want to read into a guy's mind.
He just means 'omg', please don't try and decipher what a guy says - it usually doesn't match with their actions.

You are assuming he has one thats worth reading.

- He thought he'd assassinated you, so is amazed to see you alive
- He thinks you have put on 4 stone
- He thinks you look like a Victoria Secrets model.
- He has had a eligious experience and found God.
- He realised you have found out he was gay.
- He realised you found out he was a she.

I give him subtle hints but I won't go out of my way to ask him out when I have no idea who he is.
I don't know if that omg was a good thing or not...hence why I'm asking for opinions from a male perspective.
