Women are more friendly in person. The problem though, is that many women ***** behind everyone's back constantly when appearing to be nice when you approach them. I do think men talk less behind people's backs, but it's all anecdotal experience.

Guys by far.... I can never expect a woman to pay for my food but I can expect my friends to treat me with food or even buy me stuff... women seem to hesitate a lot more....

It depends. I'd say guys are often more chill and friendly. One time at a club I accidentally spilled my drink on a guy. He not only said it was completely cool, he bought me a drink to replace it. Can you imagine a woman (at least, the sort you meet in clubs) doing that?

On the other hand, women are less likely to be violent and irrational than men are. So it cuts both ways.
