My boyfriend of 2 years cheated on me 10 times in the past week..yesterday he also decided to tell me he had someone else all along.. "sorry but get over it".
I have no clue what to do. He's been sleeping with me, being all sweet, then going and doing the same with other girls. And he had another girlfriend for a while!!!! How?! I feel sick I was texting him saying I loved him so much while he was getting with someone. Now he's blocked me everywhere and I can't even get an explanation. He's absolutely used me and laughed about it in my face..

He has a legal obligation to delete those naked photos. Report him to the police and also, if you do, tell them he's also in possession of some of your items too.

He's a dick and doesn't care that's why he didn't explain anything. Report him to the police becuase he has no legal right to keep your pictures if you are not together. The police have the legal obligation to arrest him if you refuses to give your stuff back and he doesn't delete your photos. It doesn't make sense that he wants to keep your photos when he treated you like trash. Hmmm, I hope everything gets better for you and you get a way better guy than this ****-head.

Contact the police if he's not returning your things and if he won't delete them photos.

Sorry, while the guy is a dick, the photo thing is just plain untrue.
There is no legal obligation for him to delete the photo's. However it is illegal for him to spread the photos with malicious intention or without the OP's permission.
Hell I'd even go as far to say there's never even be a test case in regards to where the defendants lawyers have even tried copyright laws or ownership laws to refute conflicting legislation. I know new legislation made it illegal to share such images in the manner suggested above, however they are in direct contradiction of copyright or ownership laws.

1 you need to realise you must never have anything to do with him again after you have sorted out the following.
2. Get yourself tested.
3. Contact the victim support about revenge porn.

4. Consider contacting the police- you need evidence of his refusal to hand back the phtotos and your property. It helps if he has threatened to use or share those photos. He may be guilty and definitely at risk of a large number of criminal offences to do with revenge porn and harassment.
If he knows you mean business, then he is more likely to comply.
5. When you have your stuff back then cut all contact and never talk to him again. You love the person who you thought he was , when in fact he was always a liar and cheater. Dont pretend otherwise.
I'm so sorry you've gone through this. It's imperative you get your belongings back and the photos are deleted. Then please, don't have anything more to do with him. I know you love him, but the man you thought you were in love with isn't real. The real him is someone very nasty indeed. Just remember that. He deceived you in more ways than one.

That's only when they're spread. The revenge porn laws don't refuse ownership in general of such images or videos. Also the law states clearly the sharing of such images must be done with the perpetrator intending to cause distress to the specific victim.
Simply sharing such images because you like porn and "want to give something back" for lack of a better way of explaining it... or just for kicks, would mean the individual does not fall foul of the anti-revenge porn laws.
There's a reason to this day most 'revenge porn' is still removed via copyright issues rather than that specific piece of legislation. It's a pain in the ass to prove.
