Osmosis

Hi everyone, I just want to clarify because I am not quite sure about this. In osmosis does water move from a lower concentration to a higher or vice versa. I am asking this because on some websites it says low to high and some high to low.

Thanks

In osmosis, water moves across a partially permeable membrane from a solution with lower solute concentration to a solution with higher solute concentration.
