conc mol vol

which of the following contains the most chloride ions?
A) 10cm3 of 3.3x10-2 mol/dm3 aluminium chloride solution
B) 20cm3 of 5x10-2 mold/dm3 calcium chloride solution
C) 30cm3 of 3.3x10-2 mol/dm3 hydrochloric acid
D) 40cm3 of 2.5x10-2 mol/dm3 sodium chloride solution

i converted units so all were in dm and i got B and D as the same which was 1000 moles but the mark scheme stated B was the correct answer why is this if b and d are both the same
