Mechanics - Kinematics in one dimension homework help!!!

Hi, so i don't know ho to do this question :frown:, last question on the paper:

Q: A partical P is projected vertically upwards and reaches its greatest height 0.5s after the instant projection, Calculate:

1- The speed of projection of P
2-The greatest height of P above the point of projection
It is given that the point of projection is 0.539m above the ground, so
3-Find the speed of P immediately before it strikes the ground

I just didn't know what it meant by 0.5s after projection -_-. Someone please help.
Thank you!!

0.5 seconds after it has been 'thrown' upwards. At the highest point, the velocity will be 0ms^-1. It is moving freely under gravity. See if you can use those pieces of information to do the questions.
