Could yo outline the tasks? One of my friends from a differernt school is doing this, so i have a brief understanding.

You could probably use a dictionary for identifying problems. Use the format
Name of problem : [problems associated]
Sorry if i got the task ideas wrong but im not sure what you need

I need to create a design for mobile phones troubleshooting problems which is basically pseudocode

Ok, think of the posible outcome like the branches of a tree.
Use if statements to seperate possible examples.
e.g. input(does phone switch on?)
If input == no:
Print(charge phone)
After this, more input loops can be used.

Please do not share live code for solutions as this is cheating.

Discussion about potential ideas for solving it is research - but please reference these ideas.

We will investigate where we believe candidates are promoting cheating for Controlled Assessments, and take appropriate action.

Thanks,
