True, but as terrible as it is, I feel it gives or at least helps yo recognise the amount of strength you have. It goes for any mental health issue or hardship really. I'm not saying it's good to go through them. I just really admire the ability to go through it and pull through, which everyone is capable of really, we just have to realise it :smile:
