I'm not a Londoner so help me out :P

What are some interesting things people should see? Google is just showing me the London eye -__-

I meant things like old buildings, old tiny bookstores...that sort of thing. :h:

Lol I'm from outside of London XD But I rarely go there, and i've only seen the obvious things...:K:

The cable cars at north greenwich

major and minor tourist attractions;
the london eye
houses of parliament + parliament square
oxford street (shopping)
british museum (amazing architecture)
national gallery
natural history museum (again, if you're not into the displays, the architecture here is beauts)
harrods (v v famous for designer shopping and just fun to walk through- they have a nice little bit for afternoon tea here, too)
covent garden (a generally nice place to walk around, they usually have some person doing a free show in the middle of the street- everyone crowds round)
kingly court on Carnaby Street- nice places to dine here- recommend STAX Burgers (v expensive tho)
kew gardens? (look this up)
hyde park (awesome for relaxing beside the Serpentine Lake, plus you can go on a boat! Lol)
edgware road for some Lebanese food- delicious! (also right next to hyde park)
Camden- their food market and the general atmosphere is really nice.
Canary Wharf is a nice place to look at lol, other than that you can't do much there
Regents park?
Drive along tower bridge
Have a walk through Chelsea- nice buildings
Visit the Shard, rooftop dinners etc
Regent street = shopping shopping shopping! (they have Hamleys here- the coolest toy shop in London lol)
there's a cool place called Sketch in London, take a look at this place on google images- it's pretty cool (especially for afternoon tea).

restaurants i suggest:
Dishoom (indian cuisine)
Pizza Pilgrims (italian cuisine)
Behesht (iranian cuisine)
Eat Tokyo (japanese cuisine)
Balthazar (only been here for english brekkie but take a look at their menu online)
Ekachai (thai cuisine)
Five Guys (american diner)
Al Dar (lebanese cuisine)
Joy King Lau (chinese cuisine)

Basic:
Nandos
Wagamamas
etc

any other Qs?

Camden town has some decent places, visit some of the parks (they are quite pretty) i would also suggest going to the globe theatre to watch a production (i've been 4 times and enjoyed it alot). Museums and places in Westminster like Madame Tussauds and London Dungeon.
