I am a English student studying in wales

Hello, I was wondering if I was eligible to receive any loans/ grants from SFE Wales, as I am currently studying in Bangor University. The only reason I have queried this, is due to a student telling me she received a grant from SFE Wales and is from Bristol, so is she telling the truth or?

She's not telling the truth or she's using a Welsh parents address as her home one.

I think you mean Student Finance Wales (SFW) not SFE Wales :smile:

The only way she can get a grant from SFW is like the other poster said, if she has a parent living in Wales.
