Going with Cousins

I've always had a bit of thing about the idea of marrying a cousin and having slightly mad children who would freak people out.

I don't have any cousins at all though. and I know it wouldn't work like that in real life. It's just a silly idea that amuses me sometimes.

Umm.....
A good number of Muslim communities have cousin marriages and have perfectly healthy and sane children.
I'm not saying it's good at all, but consanguinity with cousins doesn't equal mentally and physically challenged children.

I didn't mean freak in a negative way, I've known people with incest fetishes and they've been sort of ok people.

They're still pretty related to you.
