Why aren't you trying for undergrad? That's far less competitive and less expensive.

3 A-Levels would be best, although some med schools for GEM may not look at them too much.*

im doing biology, maths and double applied science and i got a C in as Health and Social care
my predicted grades are AB D*D

Get your grades and take a gap year if you do really well and then apply for medicine. You have a chance.
