I suggest using Corsodyl mouthwash, it's what I always use when I get an ulcer. You need to be persistent with it and continue using it for a couple of days after the ulcers are gone to reduce the likelihood of them coming back

I use Listerine mouthwash will that help?

Some mouthwashes like Corsodyl are specifically for issues like mouth ulcers, oral thrush etc, however I don't think Listerine is one of them

try actual salt and rub it right 'into' the ulcer
