how to get rid of ulsers on your tounge

I have got loads of ulsers on my tounge and they wont go

I suggest using Corsodyl mouthwash, it's what I always use when I get an ulcer. You need to be persistent with it and continue using it for a couple of days after the ulcers are gone to reduce the likelihood of them coming back :smile:

I use Listerine mouthwash will that help?

Some mouthwashes like Corsodyl are specifically for issues like mouth ulcers, oral thrush etc, however I don't think Listerine is one of them :smile:

Haha no, but I do get mouth ulcers and things quite a lot, because of my retainers I think :smile:

Rub salt on them.

It stings like fk but yeah it helps

try actual salt and rub it right 'into' the ulcer

I find bonjela helps, as well as sucking on ice
