Is A-level sociology good to have if i want to study at a good, oxbridge uni?

Hi, I am currently studying at college and my aim is to study law or history at a good, oxbridge university. I'm predicted an A* in sociology. I also have taken History and English lit, both I'm expected to get As in and both are seen as good A-levels to have, especially if i get the grades predicted. I was wondering if having sociology would hinder me in getting in a good oxbridge uni either to study law or history?
Not at all. It is a very acceptable subject.

Oxbridge = the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge

Two universities... not multiple universities.

Of course they are both good. They are 1st and 2nd in the country.


would I be able to get into one of those great universities if I get theses grades in these subjects?

Probably yes. I doubt you would get into Oxbridge with that grammar though.
