Wondering what to do

Hello, I am a EU applicant applying to PPE at Warwick. About a week ago I received an email from Warwick saying that my predicted grades have to be sent directly through school email and if that is not done within 2 weeks, my application might be made unsuccessful by default. Therefore, my school staff got it done and received an automated reply, which said that the inquiry will be looked into as soon as possible, however neither my school or I received any other emails/messages/updates. The 2 week time limit is coming to an end and without any updates I am getting a bit anxious. Should I contact Warwick asking whether or not I have everything sorted out?
