LUSH Trial Shift

I have a LUSH trial shift soon and was just wondering how many people usually get the (sales assistant) job after the trial shifts, are most people successful? Does being offered a trial shift basically mean you've got the job if you perform well?

I believe this means that chances are, you're in. They won't have the time or money to have people in for trial shifts that they don't intend on giving jobs to
