OCR AS Physics B - Materials Presentation

hello everyone :smile:

I'm doing "the use of silicon in microprocessors" for my materials coursework presentation. I'm thinking of doing a bit on the properties of semi conductors and positive "holes" and doping. Can anyone think of any other topics that you think I could cover?

Also the question sheets (printed from the cd) are so bad!
The wording is rubbish!
