I lost Marks here:
(iii) 5 (2 marks) I wrote 5root10
7 (i) (1, 9) and justify minimum (8 marks) - I didn't get this :s-smilie: now i'm stressing
(iii) Explanation (2 marks) - Thought I'd leave it out since it was only 2 marks
8 (-3, 17) and (9, -7) (6 marks) -Lost big marks here

Everything else was fine :smile:

No probs, would you say it was a particulalry challenging paper, i thought it was quite generous although question 8 required a bit of thinking (diagram FTW)

How do you guys remember what you wrote for each question? I'm having trouble remember what I wrote for question 1 and whether or not I got it right.....

I know I DID NOT get marks for Q8 and 7(iii) - Did not have a clue how to answer.

I just scribble my answers down on a bit of paper :smile:. Looks like I dropped 5 marks.

1) Simplify 15+333\frac{15+\sqrt{3}}{3-\sqrt{3}}

9ii) Solve 12xx2>012-x-x^2>0

Edit: Just noticed a mistake I made on 9ii) - now corrected.

how many marks do you think you would get if on question 8, you got all the way to the simplified quadratic formula and then just screwed up finding the coordinates?
