Pakistan is on the verge of overtaking Britain as the world's fifth largest nuclear power.
I would say Turkey is up there in terms of military strength, they have some pretty battle hardened units even if they are lagging behind on the technological front (compared to the west, still ahead of other Muslim countries) and on the political side they do have a fair bit of influence.

The one who has the most Taqwa.
Saudi Arabia. Most foreign suppliers are Western (France, United Kingdom, Italy, United States), ranked 24th in manpower with a remarkable air force. Or perhaps Pakistan as they actually have nuclear capability but Turkey is a very adaptable force too.

Definitely Pakistan as Pakistan is only Muslim power with great nuclear force Pakistan military is definitely best from all Muslim powers

In terms of conventional warfare, Turkey.

depends how you want to look at it ... Saudi because it controls such a large proportion of the worlds oil, Turkey is a large economic power and is fast shooting up in the world and pakistan controls all the chaps with bombs strapped to themselves  iran would certainly pack a punch as well ..
They all have certain advantages

Turkey is the only one to have seen combat recently - the ongoing war against the Kurdish rebels in the East of the country (1,197,476 men - all including reservists)
Saudi has a small, well funded and up to date army with the best Western supplied technology (249,000 men)
Pakistan has the obvious nuclear capacity plus the largest force although it's probably lagging behind somewhat quality wise (1,434,000 men)

I'd probably hedge my bets on Saudi. It has a smaller force but the technology is what matters.

But the bigger worry is the production of nuclear materials. Based on the latest estimates of the International Panel on Fissile Materials, an outside group that estimates worldwide nuclear production, experts say Pakistan has now produced enough material for 40 to 100 additional weapons, including a new class of plutonium bombs. If those estimates are correct and some government officials regard them as high it would put Pakistan on a par with long-established nuclear powers.

“If not now, Pakistan will soon have the fifth largest nuclear arsenal in the world, surpassing the United Kingdom,” said Bruce Riedel, a former C.I.A. officer and the author of “Deadly Embrace: Pakistan, America, and the Future of Global Jihad.”

“And judging by the new nuclear reactors that are coming online and the pace of production, Pakistan is on a course to be the fourth largest nuclear weapons state in the world, ahead of France,” he said. The United States, Russia and China are the three largest nuclear weapons states.

No, I thought this was all for show and that actually Pakistan was helping the Taliban. E.g. Providing shelter for Bin Laden etc.
