I wouldn't get a mini fridge if I were you, they make a lot of noise and will skyrocket your electric bill. Instead, get a table top fridge. Bonus is that they are even bigger and you may even get a freezer part in it.
My mates used to moan about their mattresses, could be a little expensive for students but online seems to be more affordable. They used one of the mattresses from https://www.hamseys.co.uk/collections/mattresses which were cheaper and more comfortable than mattresses provided.
An extra phone charger, when I stayed in halls my flatmates always stole mine to use and never returned it! Also and extension cable, as I have just moves into a student house and only have 1 plug socket in my bedroom.
