Haha, I'm from Andytown so technically Linfield are the closest team to where I'm from
The Irish accent... yum.

Although I feel that the Northern Irish accent is smexier and much more incoherent.
Hi guys,

We're just checking in on all the socs post-upgrade as there have been some changes to how they work (among other things they're now called social groups!) You can see your group page here: http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/group.php?groupid=59

Two of your current leaders are inactive so I'm looking for at least one new deputy leader - anyone wanna volunteer?
Hey!

I'M BACK!

I'll be interested to see what people think about the Queen's visit.

Obviously, it costs a lot of money, but seeing Irish army personnel playing 'God Save the Queen', to me, was one of the defining moments since the Good Friday Agreement.

Almost as memorable as this:

And the result that followed :colone:
I wasn't sure what to think before but I thought it was pretty cool to see the Queen lay the wreath. Another step forward.

I'd say she was absolutely bored out of her tree visiting Trinity. She wouldn't be the first!

Haha she should come to Galway! Now there's a good night out!
She's heading down to Cork later in the week is she not? Likely to receive more resistance down there?
Have only just found out that this exists :awesome:

Sad times for Ireland this weekend. Sad times indeed.
Hey, I was wondering if anyone in this thread wants to resurrect the TSR Cumann na Gaeilge? Níl duine ar bith le Gaeilge a labhairt liomsa
