Oh brilliant! I'll be going then, for sure. Ace.
So, are you coming up to your 2nd year?

Hey!! Hayley-Anne, we met at the anglia ruskin healthcare science taster day ( I hope this is you.) From the open day I found that Anglia ruskin is a very friendly and warm university. Also, the course tutors which we met seemed really nice, approachable and great!! From the accomodation perspective, I found that Sedley Court was very good. Those halls are en-suite at £107 a week but it is about a 25 minute walk from the main anglia ruskin campus. But bear in mind that the campus we will be taught at is the Fulborn one, so even if you did get on campus accomodation you would still have to commute to the Fulborn campus. The other en-suite halls, peter taylor which are on campus are also quite good but in the room I saw the shower was quite old and needed refurbishing.

SO my first choice accomodation is Sedley court and second is Peter Taylor. Stay in touch and let me know what you put down as your firm and insurance choice

Congatzz I want to apply for this course in clearing but hows the city like and the accommodation and ppl sorry im asking a lot and how was ur interview do u think i'de hv to go even if apply in clearing??

Hey thank you! Cambridge is a beautiful city and I really liked it when I went to the open day. The accomodation is quite basic, as all uni halls are really! I guess that if you live in a house instead it will be nicer. The interview wasn't hard...they asked me things that i had written about in my personal statement and they gave a scenario to solve. This shows if you can problem solve or not. The main thing is that they want to see that you will be dedicated to the course and it is a job you will 100% want to do.
I am not too sure if the course will be on clearing for definate as there are placements involved. If I was you, I would phone the university and ask them!

If you have any more questions I will try and help:biggrin:

Waheyyyy! I'm on a conditional for psychology, 240 points  Where are you gonna be living?

Cool, i'm actually gonna be living at home cause I live 30 mins from Cambridge and they don't provide accommodation for people who live that close. I was really annoyed cause I was looking forward to living in Cambridge but I'm hoping to start living there in the 2nd year . You living in halls?

Ahhh right, yeahhh I'm gonna be living in Sedley Court (didn't get in there quick enough for Peter Taylor). I swear that 30 miles rule is so harsh! Be awful being just inside the boundary..

I know, I was pretty gutted but I have a friend who started at ARU last year and she said it's not too bad living at home. Just don't wanna miss out on the social life! & I love cambridge as a city, ohh well. So are you waiting for A-Level results?
