OHP - 60*5*5 Pullups/Dips - +16kg*(5/10)*5 L-sits - 6*10s (both legs out), 3*10s (each leg extended, other tucked) Tuck planche - 4*15s Some handstands and back lever progressions.
Some log pressing (second lightest log, +5kg as a max). Light yoke, farmers walk, few tyre flips. 50kg stone to 6'*3 reps.
Bench was a super poor last rep. Need to do what I said and actually bench at my normal gym. Maybe time for a deload though. Knee felt dodgy on squats so did the minimum.
Hour handstand class after.
