Tight shoulders bro. Get yourself a band

Any chance you can elaborate? My shoulder mobility is poor so sounds feasible.

Get the red strength shop band, which is the best bang for buck wise imo and then do this as part of your warm up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=72PTGaSeNL8

I also do it after a day at my laptop. Changed my life shoulder wise. I don't get any shoulder pain now.

Facepulls are also your friend 3x10-20 at the end of every workout does magical things
Anyone use knee sleeves?

SBDs ? STrong?

SBDs for squats

Strength shop triple plys for moving events

I really rate SBDs.
I don't see the point in these high end neoprene sleeves unless you're competing in the IPF. Wrap material sleeves do the same job, breathe better and cost like £10.

With that said I am about to start trying cuffs on my knees instead of sleeves.

Neoprene sleeves provide a lot of warmth, and for me at least, not as much support. It depends on how they're sized.

Where are you getting decent sleeves for £10 ?

The cheaper ones just seem really soft and are like £20 on Amazon
My thoughts on STrong sleeves

My knees are 38cm

I chose M size as I tried SBD in L

size L gave warmth but little support

M feels like knee wraps (done loose)

Not worth £70 but I like them
Also what's a good cheapish belt?

I'm currently using my friends wahlander belt

I love it as it's ridiculously stiff but I'm also not gonna pay £160 to get my own

Strength Shop have a lot of belts in clearance just now. If any of those work for you then it's probably the best value you're going to. £40 for red or blue 13mm double prongs. Cheaper if you happen to be particularly big or small. I have one, never used any other belt to compare but I'm happy with it

Strengthshop standard double prong belt serves its purpose. Obviously nothing compared to the wahlander

I use the strengthshop ones, I thought they were £10 but maybe they're a bit more.

Like 6-8 litres a day

Stop 24 hours before , take herbal dieuritic
http://m.tesco.com/h5/groceries/r/www.tesco.com/groceries/product/details/?id=278410244

Take 2 days before

Also if you can get , dandelion tea

Btw you can have up to 1L water on last 24 hours but try to keep it minimal

if still not working, layer up and go for a run

Sweat last bit out
