There actually isn't.
There is no way to put this (without sounding ignorant) but such a thing is highly unlikely here in the UK.
Such comic crimes dont really occur round here you know.

Yeah Jack Bauer was convincingly evil. Really, it was Interview With The Vampire that ****ed it up for everyone. Teary-eyed Brad Pitt sighing his way through the centuries.
