Well done on the bowling

And yes, you do drink ridiculous amounts of energy drink  I think you drink even more of that stuff than I drink soda. :eek2:

Breaks are good for the brain.

Alright thanks, haven't done as much revision as I should today though. Oops

I know, but now I've had a break for over an hour and still can't think straight

At least you're feeling alright  :hugs: . Hopefully you'll catch up tomorrow

All I want to do is just to have some sort of fun. I wish I had friends. I wish I went to parties. I always seem to be the odd one out that has had a very sheltered life. I just want to somehow make up for that. I know I should be revising for exams and not worrying about other stuff, but what can I do if I never get the chance to socialise? I don't even have proper friends  :cry2:

Sorry for going on a rant  :colondollar:
does anyone have any tips to stop yourself from getting angry quickly after you've seen someone who triggers you?

MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR QUESTION:
Can you drink milk after expiration date? My milk expires today. Can you drink it tomorrow?

Yes. Just taste a lit bit before you put it in tea/cereal/whatever. You'll know if it's gone off right away.

And why in the dep soc exactly?

I trust people on here. I got a bottle (unopened) and half a bottle of milk left. I don't wanna die but I don't wanna waste money that was spent on milk. A bit of a dilema. Well, I needed to know.

Are you sure, you can have milk the day after expiry date?

Absolutely one hundred percent, it's milk for gods sake, it's not an animate being. If you're really worried pour a little into a cup and pour a bit of hot water on it, if it doesn't curdle you're good.
Got my "first point of contact" clinic with CAMHS tomorrow. What sort of things do you usually talk about? They gave me a questionnaire to fill out, will it mainly be based on that?

I've been on 20mg citalopram for almost a month now and I can't say it's working. Making a doctor's appointment for Wednesday, hopefully he'll be able to tell me why :erm:

It can take up to 6 weeks to kick in

They will just ask general things about your history, family, life, problems etc..

I wish it would just start working already :frown:

Okay, so it's going to be awkward then  Wish I was better at talking about things. How often will I be expected to see them?
meh, dinner thing was okay I spose, though I think people were a bit annoyed at me for being kinda quiet to begin with, though I had a few drinks so chatted a bit to people a bit before we left.

still feel pretty crap in general though, just feel totally devoid of hope right now, can't see the point of anything, and stupidest little things are either getting me really wound up or really upset last week or so as well.

If smells fine (you'd probably notice pretty quickly by the smell if it's past it) and tastes fine it'll be okay.

unless it's like a week out of date it's very unlikely to even make you feel ill tbh, it's certainly not gonna do anything to you if that's what you mean, heck at worst you take a sip and go "blergh!" and spit it out again.
I think I'll finally drag myself to the GP tomorrow.

I'm really, really scared.

Have you thought about writing down what you want to say so you don't forget anything/clam up and refuse to speak? I found that really helped me first time I went.
