Maybe the fear of never existing again after death!

I dont fear death, or being dead at all, not in the slightest. However, I fear greatly the preliminaries. There is nothing about being dead to fear, but there is plenty to fear about dying of cancer or having a heart attack.
This, basically. I don't fear death, but rather the pain I could possibly have to endure in life.
