I am doing the "stock exchange" task for my A453 if that is the task you are referring to and have solutions to all the tasks but sadly in Visual Basic and not Python. Happy to help in any way I can but obviously I won't post code in case the ca gets pulled like in previous years.

What parts specifically are you not getting? Have you changed your stock file from Task 2 to reflect the new data values that Task 3 needs you to amend? Have you then used an order form task 2 to see what effect this would have on stock levels. I would suggest that you try an order that attempts to put you into negative stock too. Will it trap this error or let it pass uncorrected.

Yes, i am. But only just starting task 2 - finding key words from string. Where are you in it?
Also you did the 2016 paper for your mocks right? Could you let me know if there were any particularly hard questions in it? Thankyou

The OCR Theory paper is extremely easy, Simple DNS, Database theory, Hardware, CPU, etc.

The A452 / A453 Controlled Assessments are quite a challenge however and at first glance look quite simple, however they are always a lot harder. Saying this, the Controlled Assessment doesn't require 20 hours worth of work, I did my A453 in about 5, and got 42/45 marks resulting in an A*

If anyone would like a look at some material from the course, whether it be work of my own regarding the theory, example response to the ca, just let me know.
