Im doing criminal law!

Struggling a bit with the evaluation bit. Which two general defences are you planning on doing?

Have you got any pointers for the murder one?

I'm going to do self-defence and consent, I'd say they're the easiest, you?

Well the evaluation of murder is grouped together with voluntary manslaughter, so just make sure you talk about both and write about proposals for reform by the Law Commission.

I don't mind emailing you my essay if you're struggling with evaluation, especially with defences.

Would you please?!

Just struggling with writing the actual essay. I have some good notes but its just getting them all together.
I think im going to do consent and maybe intoxication or self defence.

Not looking forward to the exam.

What did you get in you AS?
Only just back from college :frown: :frown:

I did some work during my frees today!

Today's plan(including what I did at college):

Psychology:
- Behaviourist Approach - Assumptions (Read, notes and question)
- Behaviourist Approach - Theory (Read, notes and question)
- Behaviourist Approach - Therapy (Read, notes and question)

- Psychodynamic Approach - Assumptions (Notes and exam question)
- Psychodynamic Approach - Theory (Notes and exam question)

Computing Unit 2:
- Jan 2009 Past paper - Mixed questions
- June 2009 Past Paper - Mixed questions

- Read and summarise input and output devices

Sure! I'll email it to you in a minute.

Yeah I'm very nervous about the exam. I got an A for AS but don't think I can pull it off this year because a) I'm less motivated b) the content is harder and c) they give us 25 minutes to answer one question where we're supposed to basically talk about everything, read their impossible-to-follow scenarios, and write about at least 3 different things at the same time i.e for non-fatal offences we're sometimes required to write about s.47, assault, s.20 etc.

I just spent the past 90 minutes doing practise essays for politics, needless to say that my hand now aches and my sleeve is covered in ink! Hopefully it'll be worth it come the exam.
