It can be any kind of book really - doesn't have to link to your specialism, just be prepared for the presentation and make sure you have plenty of tasks you could use it for and maybe even a range of age-groups to aim it at too. Also be prepared for any questions on the tasks you've discussed ect. Good luck
Had my interview 22nd Feb but withdraw my application now as have my firm and insurance choice offers
Really annoyed that I still haven't heard from York St. John yet. It was 18th March last year, but this is ridiculous. I could be sorting out my other offers but instead I'm having to play the waiting game again :/ Haven't even had an interview yet!

Its really quite laid back, I was so nervous and shouldn't be! You basically arrive and have a talk and get split into groups. Then you go to a room and are round a table wheree you just are given an article and have to write about it just checking you can write properrly and everything (: and then you are called out one by one for 5 minutes literally it stops as soon as 5 mins stops! so chilled, asking about your work experience and stuff! then you go back and all sit round in a circle and everyone takes a few mins to discuss their books and you could link it to your specialism might make you stand out, then everyone has a overall discussion and thats it

with regards to the book, a child's french book may be good as it links back to your specialism but it doesn't have too xx
