Hey im doing this exam too and as far as i know we dont have to know the sections just the headings for example within the OLA 1957 there are sub section such as premises, discharging duty, warnings, children, specialist undertaking job but we dont have to know each individual section for example we dont need to know that premises is under s1(3)(a) as far as im aware anyway :smile: i think if we tried to remember all them for the example aswell as the silly ammount of cases and content our heads may explode!

Under OLA 1957 the subsections you need to know for the exam are;
*Duty is owed ( occupier & premises)
*Discharging the duty ( warnings, children, specialist undertaking job )
*Causation and remoteness
*Defences (independant contractors, contributory negligance, consent, excluding liability)
*Remedies

hope this helps :biggrin:

Thanks for clearing that up, i was gonna learn all the sections :| thank god i don't have to learn them for the exam, so does that mean we don't have to learn the sections for the 1984 OLA?

we haven't done any practice questions at all, my teacher has been away for about 2 weeks, i think i'm really gonna struggle with this exam :sad:
we're doing morals, justice & judicial creativity
ahaha same here, i usually end up just memorising the cases the day before the exam
trust me i know what ur gonna go through, my biology exam is at the same time as well, it happened during the jan exams aswell, everyone else was in the exam hall and i was in a room by myself with the invigilator lol
You poor thing, you have to study occupiers' liability at A-Level?! I hate that statute lol.
