Heroes of Might & Magic 5, most likely, though the entire franchise has amazing music.

Whoa, nice singing! I like her voice and the melody in the background - and her cute appearance. Well done!
Sonic Heroes had nice soundtrack I found.

Saints Row 2 and 3 definitely has one
Halo 2's theme song has to be near the top
Ico
Shadow of the Colossus
Shenmue (deserves more mentions)
Final Fantasy VII - X & XII
Fez
Persona 4 Golden
Gravity Rush
Skyrim
The Last of Us
LA Noire

Also surprised no one has mentioned Grim Fandango or Journey yet (unless I have missed a few posts).

I listen to some of the tracks from heroes myself. The fleet level is probably the best one, wish I could get the game on steam.
The Doom Theme when you're in combat is amazing, I'm so happy Bethesda remade this game, hours of gore filled fun.

In no particular order:
Mass Effect Trilogy
Skyrim
Witcher 3
Dragon Age: Inquisition
Battlefield 1
Halo
GTA San Andreas
For me, its usually open-world rpg that tend to have best soundtracks.

Finished the remasters a couple of weeks ago, so many themes stuck with me but that one in particular was brilliant. First time I've wandered round the level just to listen to the music in a game tbh. I liked 'Welcome to Rapture' and 'Welcome to Columbia' too, but not as much

Have you ever played the Spyro The Dragon Playstation series? So many of the level themes stuck with me and randomly play in my mind when I'm out and about.

This one I found to be the best of them all:
