i just put delta+ on carbon a a delta minus on all other
the explaination i gave was :- the electronegativities of the atoms, c is more electronegative than c

Would I not get the mark if i didn't write delta?

For that dot and cross diagram, was it a hydroxide ion?? so just 6 electrons from O and one from H??? or not??

It was a radical I swear

was there a question about what apparatus you would use to add in a chemical in the titration or am i thinking of a past paper?

You're thinking of a past paper.
There were only titration calculations.
Can you say solid phosphoric acid catalyst at 300 C and 60 atm?

Phosphoric acid catalyst is strictly for ethene to ethanol.
Original post by dongonaeatu
no

Thats what I put and so did loads of others - its the conditions they give in the revision guide so I can't see why not. :s I put high temperatures and pressures in brackets after the exact figures because found that the atm is debated by everyone I have spoken too. :s-smilie:.

Winning jojo you are wrong. You are mistaking phosphoric catalyst with potassium dichromate. Phosphorate acid is strictly for ethene to ethanol. Really.
