Does anyone have the biology past papers for like jan 2001-2005 for unit 2/3? Would be a great help!

Transpiration is literally just evaporation from the leaf, and then theres factors that increase it eg light intensity temp humudity etc. apoplast pathway is through the cell walls and symplast is thru cytoplasm of neighbouring cells -plasmodesmata :smile:

root pressure is due to active transport of ions into xylem i think and then then root pressure is what forces some water up the xylem. Im not too sure about root pressure either if someone wants to explain?

Have you been on aqa past papers and clicked on older papers? Be careful with dated papers tho as lots of the questions may not be on the spec anymore😊
