Nope. Judging by the slim yet saggy stomach you may be on the verge of letting yourself go, but you are neither chubby nor fat.
To be honest. I'm the same as i am a teeny bit chubbier than that an i always wonder if i am.

You're in OK shape, nothing spectacular but better then most people.
