Not a city girl at all. I love the outdoors and the environment and stuff so originally went to a rural uni. But it was rubbish. Sure London might be a bit of a culture shock, but South Kensington was really nice and there were some nice open, green spaces anyway, so I'll cope. I'll have plenty of opportunities to go outdoors on geology field trips anyways :smile:.

Hmm....well I was really interested in geography, particularly the physical side. I also love the outdoors. I love science. So Earth Sciences sounded like a suitable course choice for me as it combines all those things :h:.

Naah it'll be fine. If all the concrete and tall buildings freak me out I'll just run 5 mins down the road to Hyde Park and chillax there :smile:.

Naaah, don't think you've scared them off. This thread is not so busy during the day when everyone is at school/college.

Yeah maybe. Depends when their half term break is I guess. Although some of the nerds here probably study all day on breaks and don't do anything *fun* until the evening.
