I have spent nearly 5 minutes observing these questions, I can't seem to figure it out! I am sorry! Ask your teacher. :smile:
The first one is C or D, each row adds up to 19. There's something else there, but I can't see it yet.
For the first, look at patterns.

for the third, look at the digits.

Oops, I didn't realise this was in the maths thread, I was browsing threads on the right! Sorry for giving the answers!

Last one is 56, it's the digits of the number multiplied together

no its 30 because the operation is applied twice

49 -> 36 = 4 x 9
25 - > 10 = 2 x 5
28 - > 16 = 2 x 8
78 - > ? = ? x ?

you have two diamond shapes,
so the operation must be done twice

78 -> 56 -> 30

I meant the second one.

you're wrong with the third one. What about:

28 -> 16? (2+8)*2 = 20. Look at what I posted higher up.

Oh I see what you mean, I didn't see the second diamond!

2) 2*11=22

3) multiply the digits:
78: 7*8=56
5*6=30

Do you accept that the answer to the 2nd question is 22?
d3vin looks to be doing correct.
