Got a spare double room available in Mutley (lipson road) as one of our guys pulled out. £87 a week all bills included. Off street parking which is really handy if you got a car!

There is a co-op literally 2 minutes walk and sainsburys is about 10 minutes walk :smile:

Hi,
I know it's not halls but I am in a shared house, looking to sell my room for September. There is free parking available specifically for tenants of the house. The rents significantly cheaper than halls and the house itself is much nicer! Please reply if you're at all interested☺️
