Default tramadol
 
i,ve been on tramadol 300 mg a day for a week and just come off them today and feel real bad. is this withdrawal or am i just unwell today?

Yeah, you will be withdrawing. Tramadol is something you should really come off very slowly, with the advice of your GP. Go and see your GP.

(oh, and learn where the health forum is )

After just a week on tramadol you would be pretty unusual to be withdrawing. Literally thousands of people are prescribed a weeks worth of tramadol every day at A&Es and GPs accross the country.

wtf? At 300mg were you not feeling pretty damn good? What was this for an injury, or just for fun?

You might be feeling some withdrawal but it should be gone in a couple of days.

300mg is not an unusual dose at all.

However, it would be normal to tail it off (say, from 100mg TDS to 50mg TDS) simply because pain is expected to get better.

It is almost certainly not 'withdrawal'.
