Why do I always feel sick in the morning after a night of heavy drinking? I never get headaches or any other 'hangover' symptoms, so why do I feel sick? This isn't every morning after a night out btw, just when I've drank loads got mortal the night before.

Dehydration is a factor. Drink lots of water.

I'm pretty similar. Very rare do i get a major headache. I think it just affects people in different ways. Alcohol is a poison remember, so the sick bit is the bodies way of trying to rid of it.

Yeh dehydration, I'm hungover right now and I also feel sick sometimes getting the taste of the drink I had last night in my mouth.

Drink water! And eating food also helps, well it helps me anyway.

Cleaning teeth often gets the taste from your mouth too so if you haven't done that yet then do it

I found that I feel less sick in the morning if I eat something before I go to bed after drinking lots. Also try and drink some water before you go to bed.

This!

I always put some food next to my bed before I go out, so I can just collapse when I get in and not bother going to the kitchen!

I get like that sometimes - will feel sick but won't have any of the other typical hangover symptoms. Just drink plenty of water and get some sleep, always works for me.

Dehydration before you leave for a night out make sure you have some water ready for when you get back, so you could have some water before you sleep. That helps quite allot.
