Anyone just got their results back for A level English combined??

I got a B but kind of annoyed cos I'm only a few marks off an A =[

Did really well in the Merchants Tale exam, got 86/90 :smile:

. Thought I had failed that and done well in Genre studies but turns out it was the other way around. Got 56/120 in Genre studies which is like an E =[ suppose I could retake it but really cant be bothered. What did everyone else get...? xxx

I got an A overall got 100% in all three modules I was like :eek3:

no waay are these MY results!? I was well pleased :biggrin:

cos I'd got in this real rutt earlier in the year, unable to write proper essays and then my fav english teacher got cancer but all the drama was worth it I guess! well done to you too OP and everyone else! Go relax and party now, and if you didn't get what you want don't worry - failure is not a "fail" its an opportunity to do better!

I got an A with WJEC for english combined! Also got A's in history and psychology..scraped A's on each one! But got a C overall in gen ed, was sitting on an A from my January paper but got an E in my june one! Lol oh gen ed.
