Default my grades, self study, what to do...

okay so...

GCSE's

Technology B, IT C, Science C/C, French C, Maths C, English Lang C, English Lit D, Geography D, Sports Science E

AS Levels

Film D, Biology E, Chemistry E, Environmental Science E

A Levels - fail!!!!!!!

Basically I did very little in the way of revision or out of class study. This was a few years ago and I now know what I need to do to get good grades.
I was put in the higher paper for English even though I was predicted D's Sports Science I was the odd one out most of the time for sports. Maths was when there were 3 papers I did intermediate.

What subjects can I study at home and enter as a private candidate (no coursework or practicals)?

I've been thinking of re-taking some GCSEs or doing iGCSEs in say Maths & Science. On the AS/A Level side maybe Psychology, Sociology, Maths(S+D), Government & Politics, Anthropology, Economics, Environmental Studies, Marine Sceince, any others I can do?

I'm thinking along the lines of a science or criminology degree sometime in the future.

EDIT: Just seen that the college I'll take my exms at now take cursework/practicals so I could re-do my science AS/A Levels
