Is there any hope?
It's awful, particularly the way it was handled.

Well, YUSU's made a proposal to take over the bar. So there is some glimmer of hope in that, but the ball's now in the Uni's court. Guess it's simply a hoping and waiting game now.

By the sounds of it, they're going to base the decision at least partially on whether the bar pulls a profit during the period in which YUSU runs it. Guess we're all going to have to make sure we use the bar plenty in the first term, eh?
Yeah, so it seems. An excuse for people to get drunk :p:

I don't think YUSU will have any problems meeting targets, but what about beyond the first term? I'm curious to find out how well Alcuin's bar did after they saved it.
