Default SF for clearing - help needed

Hi,

Okay, my current position is that I've just gone through clearing and got a place at a new uni. My problem arises where my student finance is all sorted out for my original firm choice university that I didn't get into to. What now? Do I need to fill out a 'Notification of Student Transfer'?. Can anyone point me in the right direction in sorting out my student finance for my new university. I have tried calling student finance, but they are busy and have no queuing function, also I couldn't see anything on my student finance account that would allow me to swap my approved loan to another university.

Also will I be able to get a higher maintenance loan as now I'm studying in London where before it was in Sussex?

Also any idea how long it will take to get my new loan sorted out, could I end up paying for the tuition fee and accommodation fees if its not sorted out in time?

Thanks xx
